Giant Infosys company took a big step, fired hundreds of new employees, know the reason

IT services company Infosys has laid off over 300 new employees. They had undergone training at its Mysuru campus but failed to clear the internal assessment even after three attempts. IT employees' union NITES says the number of new employees affected by the move is very high. The union has threatened to file a formal complaint with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, demanding immediate intervention and strict action against the company. In an email reply, Infosys said that we have a strict recruitment process, in which all new employees must pass the internal assessment after undergoing extensive training. All new employees get three chances to pass the assessment, failing which their services are terminated.
