A strong solar flare once again erupted from the sun, there is little doubt of its impact on the earth

  Last week the Earth was engulfed in a solar storm. Due to this, there is a threat to GPS facilities including communication. The Sun is still going through a super active phase. This situation is not over yet. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said that a large solar flare erupted from the Sun once again on Tuesday. It is the largest flare of the 11-year solar cycle.

The good news, NOAA said, is that Earth is expected to stay out of the impact line this time, as the part of the Sun orbiting away from Earth flared up. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory captured the glow. NOAA's Brian Brasher said it appears that one of the emissions associated with Tuesday's flare is far from our planet, although analysis is ongoing. NASA said that over the weekend, a geomagnetic storm caused one of its atmospheric satellites to spin. It goes into a hibernation, known as safe mode. Seven astronauts on the International Space Station were advised to stay in radiation shielded areas. However, NASA said that the crew was never in danger.
