A major accident was averted in a flight going from Patna to Delhi, emergency landing was made; know the reason

Flight IGO5009 from Patna to Delhi encountered a bird strike incident shortly after take-off from Runway 07 at 8:42 am (0312 UTC) today. Parts of a dead bird were found during inspection of the runway. This information was conveyed to the aircraft through the approach control unit. There were 175 passengers on board the aircraft. After complaining of vibration in one of the aircraft's engines, the pilot requested to return to Patna. Local standby was declared and the aircraft landed safely on Runway 07 at 9:03 am (0333 UTC). All passengers are safe. The administration and aviation authorities have started an investigation into the incident.
