  PTI, Kolkata: The CBI, investigating the case of rape and murder of a female doctor at RG Kar Hospital, has filed a charge sheet. The CBI has made several serious allegations against the accused Sanjay Roy in its charge sheet. CBI has produced 11 pieces of evidence, including DNA and blood report. The police arrested Sanjay Roy and held him as the culprit. The CBI is also considering Sanjay as the culprit. Shocking revelations in the charge sheet The CBI said in the chargesheet that the presence of DNA of the accused, short hair, injury marks on the body and blood stains were found on the body of the victim. According to CCTV footage and call detail records, the location of Sanjay's mobile phone has also been revealed. Injuries caused by force The CBI said that Sanjay Roy has scars on his body. It is possible that the victim must have struggled to escape from him, due to which injury marks have been found on the body of the accused.
