Vijaya Raj now in Tamil Nadu

  Actor Joseph Vijay Sworn In as Tamil Nadu CM: Actor-turned-politician Joseph Vijay took oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu on Sunday. Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar administered the oath to Vijay during a ceremony held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium. Apart from Vijay, 'Baasi' N Anand, Adhav Arjun, KA Sengotian, KG Arunraj, P Venkataramanan, CTR Nirmal Kumar, A Rajmohan, Keerthana and KT Prabhu took oath as ministers. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and many senior leaders, Vijay's family, actress Trisha and other friends were present at the oath-taking ceremony. Former Chief Ministers DMK chief MK Stalin and AIADMK chief EK Palaniswami, Vijay's wife Sangeeta and two children were absent on the occasion.
