Air India's 30 new flights to Gulf countries: Big relief for those going to UAE

Air India and Air India Express have decided to operate 30 special and scheduled flights on Sunday in view of the rising tension and flight disruptions in West Asia. The main focus of this is on the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where 16 non-scheduled (ad hoc) flights will be operated. Cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are being connected with Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kozhikode and Amritsar. However, services to countries like Israel, Qatar and Kuwait will remain suspended for now, but flights to Europe and North America will continue as per their scheduled schedule.

The airline has announced a major relief for the affected passengers. Passengers whose flights have been cancelled can rebook their tickets without any additional cost or get a full refund.

In addition, Air India Express has allowed passengers coming from the UAE to change their flights to any other station in India. The company has appealed to passengers to consult the official website or customer care for the latest information so that they do not face any problems during their journey.
