Governor and Chief Minister face to face again; Another sharp retort of CM Mann, see VIDEO

Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has said that the decisions of Punjab should be taken by the elected people and not by the electorate. Without naming Governor Banwarilal Purohit, the Chief Minister said that we will improve relations with him soon. Sometimes people also come in someone's words.

The Chief Minister was speaking as the chief guest at the ongoing training program for MLAs in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha on Tuesday. He said that the common people have expectations from the elected people but the way the laws made by us are being blocked, we also know how to respond by resorting to the same law. We also know the law.

The Chief Minister replied to the Governor's letter

It may be mentioned that yesterday Governor Banwarilal Purohit had written a letter to the Chief Minister raising some issues and asked him to reply on them, otherwise he would seek legal advice. Reacting to the Governor's comment, the Chief Minister, without naming him, said that we are also aware of the law he is talking about.
