Iran is taking action against women who do not cover their heads, UN expresses concern; Rules like executioners!

  Geneva: Many women and girls have been detained in Iran for not following the rules of head covering. United Nations rights officials gave this information on Friday. Follow the rules Volker Turk, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, criticized Iran's draft law that would make it punishable by up to 10 years in prison and flogging for non-compliance with head covering rules. Turks called on Tehran to end gender-based discrimination and violence. Nine people were hanged Turk also criticized the death sentence given to rapper Tumaz Salehi, who was a prominent figure during the 2022 protests. According to the Turkish office, nine people have been executed for their roles in protests following the death in custody of Kurdish woman Mahsa Amini.
