CHENNAI: In the last 8 years, the country has done great work in many fields. Union Home Minister Amit Shah said in Chennai on Saturday, 'The country has made progress in the direction of economy and strength in the last 8 years. India will become a 5 trillion economy country by 2025. India will become the third largest economy in the world On the economic front, Shah said India is on track to become a $5 trillion economy and quoted Morgan Stanley as saying the country will become the world's third largest economy by 2025. India has become a fast growing economy due to political stability and corruption free governance in the country. The IMF has called India's economy a bright spot in a dark region. It predicts that India will be second in G-20 with 6.8% of GDP in 2022-23 and first in G-20 with 6.1% of GDP in 2023-24.
