Cyber attack on Japan Airlines
Just before Christmas, American Airlines had stopped all its flights for an hour due to a technical problem in its network hardware. This affected thousands of passengers.

Air India was also attacked
In February 2021, a cyber attack was also carried out on Air India's server. During this, data of about 45 lakh passengers was stolen. Air India had issued a statement in this regard in May 2021 and admitted to the cyber attack.

Along with this, an attempt was made to launch a cyber attack on the internal computer system of the Indian Air Force in February 2024. But the hackers could not succeed in this. Hackers used open source malware created with the help of Google's programming language for the cyber attack.
