Trump's new cabinet has woken up Pakistan, the name of the neighboring country is not in this special list of America

New Delhi: After winning the US presidential election, Donald Trump has selected many of his cabinet colleagues. In such a situation, Pakistan is very angry with the announcement of Trump's upcoming cabinet names. The reason for this is that most of the leaders in Trump's cabinet are such who do not have a good opinion towards Pakistan. Pakistani policymakers are keeping a close eye on Trump's selection, which is an indication of the future foreign policy of the US administration. It is worth mentioning that the names that have been announced send a clear message that India is very high on the priority list of the Trump government. It is believed that Pakistan is not included in the priority list of the Trump administration and the US foreign policy.

Islamabad is finding itself in a difficult position because the candidates that Trump has chosen for the Secretary of State, Defense Secretary, National Security Advisor and the head of the spy agency CIA, all have very critical views towards Pakistan, while his attitude towards India is very positive. With no place in Washington's foreign policy, top government and military officials in Pakistan are reportedly trying to re-strategize their approach to the United States. Trump's new cabinet list also includes Tulsi Gabbard, who often targets Pakistan.

US friendship with India will increase

Senator Marco Rubio has been nominated as the next US Secretary of State. It is worth noting that he was the one who introduced the bill supporting India. The bill titled 'US-India Defense Cooperation Act' introduced by Rubio in the Senate also seeks to increase defense cooperation with India to counter China's growing influence in the region.

According to the bill, the US was advised to consider Japan, Israel, South Korea and NATO as top partners with India in terms of technology transfer. The bill also suggests that New Delhi should be provided with full security assistance through cooperation in defense, economic investment and civil space.
