  The last and fifth budget session of the AAP government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will begin on Friday with the speech of Governor Gulab Chand Kataria. This time the budget session is likely to be turbulent as the state is now moving towards the assembly elections. The budget session will continue till March 16.
