  Bollywood actress and 'Rockstar' fame Nargis Fakhri's sister Alia Fakhri (43) has been arrested in New York. She is accused of killing her ex-boyfriend and his girlfriend. It is being told that Alia allegedly set fire to the garage, due to which both of them died. According to the 'Daily News' report, Alia killed Edward Jacobs and Anastasia 'Star' Etienne by shooting them in a two-story garage in Queens, New York. Nargis' sister was arrested. However, she has not been granted bail by the criminal court. District Attorney Melinda Katz said in a statement, "This maliciously ended the lives of two people by setting fire to the house, in which a man and a woman died. The victims died tragically due to smoke inhalation and thermal injuries." While Nargis is yet to react to the news, the actress's mother defended Alia, saying, "I don't think she would have killed anyone. She was a person who cared for everyone. She tried to help everyone." A witness at the scene said, "We could smell something burning. I don't know if it was gasoline or what. We ran out and the sofa on the stairs was on fire and we had to jump off it to get out. The star jumped with me but she went back to save [Jacobs] and we laughed at her." Edward's mother revealed that she and Alia had split up a year ago, but according to the Post, he continued to pursue her. She added that Jacob was a plumber who was working on a property to convert a garage into an apartment. Edward's mother said, "Jacobs and Etienne were friends, not lovers."
