Devendra Fadnavis will be the new Chief Minister of Maharashtra, consensus reached in BJP Legislature Party meeting

  Mumbai: Devendra Fadnavis will be the new Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He will take oath at Azad Maidan on December 5. A consensus has been reached on Devendra Fadnavis' name in the BJP Legislature Party meeting. Fadnavis has been elected as the leader in the Legislature Party meeting. Central Observer Nirmala Sitharaman and former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani were also present during the Legislature Party meeting. Devendra Fadnavis will take oath as Chief Minister for the third time in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, several Union ministers and Chief Ministers of NDA-ruled states.
