Another big initiative of the Punjab government for NRIs, the WhatsApp number released for tracing land records and complaints

  Chandigarh: For the convenience of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann today launched a special helpline number '94641-00168' for NRIs to inquire about their complaints and land records. Releasing this number, the Chief Minister described it as a historic day for the entire Punjabi community living abroad. He emphasized that the main objective of this entire process is to ensure prompt disposal of services of NRIs. Bhagwant Mann said that the state government is making full efforts to ensure that the community of migrant Punjabis, who have established leadership all over the world, do not face any kind of trouble while coming to their homeland.

Mann said that NRIs have achieved heights across the world with their hard work, dedication and determination. He said that the state government is fully committed to ensure that no immigrant Punjabi faces any difficulty while coming to his native home. Bhagwant Mann said that if there are any complaints of NRIs, the state government will make all possible efforts to ensure their resolution at the earliest.
