New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi may not attend the upcoming winter session of Parliament. They will not leave the Bharat Joko Yatra passing through many states of the country. The upcoming winter session of Parliament is likely to be held from December 7 to December 29 this year. The upcoming winter session will have a total of 17 working days. This will be the first session during which Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will be the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha. He will conduct the proceedings of the Upper House.
