2 minors die, 18 hurt in US shootings

Two minors were killed and at least nine wounded in a shooting at a house party in Pittsburgh early Sunday morning.
The shooting took place around 12:30 am during a party at a short-term rental property where there were more than 200 persons inside — many of them underage, the Pittsburgh police said in a news release. At least 11 persons were hospitalised with gunshot wounds, including the two victims who died at the hospital, police said. The victims weren't immediately identified.
Another shooting incident was reported from Hampton County in South Carolina. The police are investigating the incident which took place at a club early on Sunday and left at least nine persons injured. It was the second mass shooting in the state in as many days. The State Law Enforcement Division said there were no reported fatalities. No information was immediately available on the severity of the injuries.
